  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Photo evidence may be required before approving a return request.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

  • Items without original packaging

  • Requests made after the return period has expired


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


💰 Restocking Fee (if applicable)

In certain cases, a restocking fee of 10%–15% may be applied to returns that are not due to product defects or store errors.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • We will review the case and offer a replacement or full refund if approved


🚚 Undelivered or In-Transit Orders

  • Orders still in transit are not eligible for automatic refunds.

  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.


📍 Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
