📦 Order Processing

All orders are carefully processed within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

🚚 Shipping Times (Estimated)

We work with international and domestic logistics partners to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 7 to 15 business days
  • 🌍 International: 10 to 25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
  • Customers can monitor shipment progress at any time using the provided tracking link.

📦 Split Shipments

In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately depending on inventory and supplier location. This ensures faster fulfillment and does not affect total shipping cost.


⚠️ Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable logistics partners, certain delays may occur outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Seasonal or high-volume demand periods

Please note: shipping delays do not qualify orders for automatic refunds if the order is still in transit and trackable.


📍 Incorrect Address Disclaimer (Chargeback Protection)

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an address error is identified, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier to the provided address are considered fulfilled.

🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first.
  • We recommend contacting the shipping carrier to open an investigation.

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
